Why are the baskets different in size?
Baskets are handmade, and therefore can have approximately ¼” to ½” (or more) variation from basket to basket.

How are the dimensions measured?
The baskets are measured from outside to outside taking top measurements (vs. base) including length, width, height, overall height for handle baskets.

Can I place food directly into the baskets?
Liners are strongly recommended when using baskets for open food. The baskets are not of food grade material.

How do I clean the baskets?
Wipe with damp cloth. Do not clean in dishwasher.

What are the various material types of baskets?
Willow, White Willow (material, not color), Rattan, Bamboo, Fern, Hyacinth, Wire

What is seagrass?
Seagrass is the grass from around ponds.

How do I wash my porcelain platters?
They are dishwasher safe

What if I break one piece of my porcelain dishes?

Can I put my porcelain into the microwave?
Yes

Can the porcelain platters be displayed other ways?
The porcelain pieces have flat bottoms and can be placed on a table without a stand.

How do I wash the metal baskets?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth (and mild soap if needed).

‘Stone’

How do I wash the decorative ‘stone’ pieces?
A faucet hose and soft brush may be used to clean stone (color may change when wet for some pieces, but will return to original color when dry (The pieces are not actually stone but have the appearance of stone).
